Exclusively designed for eligible WestConn undergraduates, the Accelerated Pathway offers a seamless transition into graduate study by allowing students to begin graduate coursework while completing their bachelor's degree. This option shortens the time to completion, lowers overall cost, and builds on students' proven academic success, providing a direct, efficient route into graduate study.

Essay/Personal Statement
Explain your personal and professional reasons for seeking an Ed.D. in Instructional Leadership and share a leadership experience that was meaningful to you. Include areas of interest and any relevant experience.

In a single, double-spaced page, please tell us why you believe you are a good “fit” for Western Connecticut State University’s Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program. To evaluate your application, it will be helpful to have the following information such as why do you wish to pursue a career in ABA, what are your goals upon earning a degree, and what are some experiences that you feel prepare you for success in our program (e.g., relevant coursework, GPA, job, etc.)?
